Studio Policy | Spring 2026

SPRING SEMESTER 
14 Weeks of Classes (January 20 – May 15, 2026)
DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER CANCELLATIONS, THE ORIGINAL ENDING DATE CHANGED FROM MAY 1 TO MAY 15 TO MAKE UP FOR THE MISSED TWO WEEKS IN LATE JANUARY AND EARLY FEBRUARY (EDITED ON FEBRUARY 6).

TUITION

You may pay your tuition in one, two, three, or four payments. If you select the two, three, or four payment options, you will be charged a $5 processing fee per payment, per student. Payment must be received by due dates to avoid a $15 late fee (per student).

Payment Plan I – One payment in full due with registration

Payment Plan II – Two payments (in equal installments). If you choose this payment plan, please add a $10 processing fee ($5 per payment) per student.

First payment – Due with registration

Payment Plan III – Three payments (in equal installments). If you choose this payment plan, please add a $15 processing fee ($5 per payment) per student.

Payment Plan IV – Four payments (in equal installments). If you choose this payment plan, please add a $20 processing fee ($5 per payment) per student.

RETURN CHECK SERVICE CHARGE

A $40 Return Check Service Charge will be applied to each check, draft, or credit card returned unpaid by your financial institution.

PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE

Students are occasionally photographed or video-recorded during Studio activities. These photos or videos may be used to advertise or promote the studio. By enrolling in the Studio of Samuel Sidhom, you agree to this policy. However, if you do not want your child’s photographs or videos to be used for Studio publications, please submit a written notice via email to info@samuelsidhom.com

ATTENDANCE/MAKE-UP POLICY

Students are expected to attend each class and/or lesson. Lessons will not be made up if a student cancels them, nor will tuition be adjusted. Lessons will be made up if the teacher cancels them. 

WITHDRAWALS

If a student withdraws before the beginning of the semester, a tuition refund, less $50, will be made. No partial or full refunds will be made after the official start of the semester. Students who have chosen the option (two, three, or four payment plans) are obligated to pay the full tuition cost if they withdraw after the official start of the semester.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

The Studio of Samuel Sidhom follows the Memphis-Shelby closing schedule. Lessons missed due to inclement weather will be made up only if the Shelby County Schools cancel classes. Please check this website or our Facebook page for closing verification.


NO CLASSES

February 16: Presidents’ Day (Memphis-Shelby County Schools closed)
March 16-20: Spring Break (MSCS closed)
April 3-6: Easter Break (MSCS closed)
